Pallot's Index to Baptism once contained more than 12
million records, but most were destroyed in World War II. The 200,000
surviving records are a valuable resource for those seeking ancestors in
the Greater London area. The dates range from 1780 to three years after
the onset of General Registration in 1837. These parish christening and
baptismal registrations (with some birth dates recorded) cover at least
22 parishes in London
and Middlesex, around 27 other parishes, and there are many other
miscellaneous entries. They usually give the name of the child and
parentage, the parish of baptism and the date.

This is the surname listing
for all the Birth's, Marriages, Banns, and Burials in the Cambridgeshire
parish records of St. Andrew the Less, covering 1599 to 1950. The
registers also covers St. Paul,
St. Philip, and St. Barnabas.
This was really difficult to
get into a format that was easy to manipulate. It meant transcribing into
a spreadsheet and then converting into a web page. I've done one page per
letter of surname to avoid the pages getting too large, as B contains
over 11,500 individuals and is over 10Mb in size. The page will open in a
new window.
